So what are forex scams? Some people jump to the conclusion that anything that doesn’t make them rich overnight is a scam. Developing skills is not something they want to do- they are after something that is like a magic spell they can cast over their computer so it gives them money. This isn’t going to happen. The whole world would be follow such a system if it existed … and when you think about the economics, even if something like that was invented, it wouldn’t be effective for very long. This is how to look at forex trading software.

Talking realistically money doesn’t grow on trees it has to come from somewhere. Advances in technology can improve the efficiency at which goods are produced so we can all own mobile phones and televisions and have a better standard of life compared to before. Perhaps the comments where made by someone whose skill level was not high enough. Or perhaps it was the basics of forex that they didn’t really get.

does U.S play the game ,by determining the currency rates,according to the changes happening their?interested in taking up currency trading as a profession?how far will it be successful?need help from experieced people to goahead.can i learn enough from the softwares they sell,?if so which would be the best paid software ???????need some positive feedback,to boost up my confidence.

The US $ was till about 6 to 8 years back the currency that was univesally traded. But now the Euro has become equally important. I suggest that u take a job with a a Forex trading firm to learn the ropes. Hands on training is the best.

New Chinese booming economy a threat to Japanese security, as well as international security? With an increasing surplus of capital it has kept its military financing quiet, as well as maintaining a low currency value through manipulation. Any conflict with China would hurt out economy, but to what extent, seeing as how China isnt even our 1st or 2nd largest trading partner. And I doubt China will fully mature to a robust country people are afraid of, after all many of its own policies are hurting it. It is starting to look more capitalist, and less of a socialist country, they even try to deny it, and call it "Communism with class". I wont even talk about its high human violation rights. A recent article I read regarded China low enforcement against piracy which is hurting Chinese economy. Many Chinese software companies tried to compete with there American counter-part but have faltered due to its unprofitability, since China is infamous for its pirated materials.

Let me give you an anecdotal example. I have a friend who lives in China, whose granddad lived during WWII.

His granddad (like many granddads from the US in the Pacific) was tortured and executed by the Japanese.

The weird thing is, the US worked it out. China and Japan have a lot deeper history………they haven't (and probably won't) work it out.

So, I'd say a strong China is a very real threat to Japanese security, as many senior government officials have WWII burned into their respective memories……………………fair or not.

Taxes – Forex Losses in an LLC that conducts other business?

Hi, I have an LLC that performs 2 primary activities:
1) Consulting/Software Development Work
2) Automated Forex (currency) trading

Lets say (for example) that I made $40,000 doing the Consulting work and LOST $20,000 doing the Forex Trading.

Can I fully write-off that $20,000 loss and only pay taxes on the $20,000 net? If so, what documentation do I need and where do I put it on my tax form?

The tax code doesn’t let you mix these. Your business is clearly the software development work. You had income here and when you had contracts you actually worked on them.

Your losing hobby was the forex trading. Most likely these will fall under 1256 rules and be entered on schedule D and limited to $3000 of loss against other income.

How do i sell my own FOREX trading Policy?

After about 14 months of applied research, I have developed a forex trading policy which has been showing astounding success. It is not a software but just a set of rules. I have used in it – the principles of experimental probability, behaviour inheritence & aggregate loss recovery.

This policy will require a minimum 150,000 (or ideally 300,000) units of a currency (like US$) in a trading account.

For past 3 months I have been struggling to get a trustworthy buyer, but nobody believes in what I have done.

I want to sell it to someone and am ready to unveil it in front of senior government officials, so that there is no doubt of one cheating the other.

Best tax software for investors?

I traded options, currency, and foreign stocks last year for the first time. Used TaxCut in the past with success. Can I import data automatically from Scottrade and Interactive Broker?

Staying Out Of Trouble With Ebay’s Listing Policies.

While you can sell most things on eBay, quite a few things are
banned. If you try to sell any of these things then eBay will
remove your auction and all bids will be void.

Most of this is very obvious – of course you can’t sell illegal
things like drugs, pyramid schemes or stolen goods. Almost
everything that is on the list is there because there is law
against selling it. Some of the reasons, though, are a little
strange.

The ‘autographed items’ entry, for example, doesn’t mean that
you can’t sell anything that’s been autographed – it just means
that you can only sell it if it comes with a certificate of
authenticity. The ‘artifacts’ entry prohibits you from selling
Native American graves; ‘celebrity material’ means you can’t
sell unauthorised pictures of celebrities; ‘embargoed goods’
means that you can’t sell anything that comes from Cuba… on
and on it goes, and most of it you never need to know.

If your chosen kind of item seems to be on the list, though, and
you’re concerned that you might not be able to sell it, then
check the full list at http://pag
es.ebay.com/help/policies/items-ov.html to see whether the
item is banned entirely or there are just a few restrictions.

eBay says it will remove any items that it believes violate
copyright law, but in reality they don’t have that many people
to monitor the site. You will generally only find that your
auction gets removed if someone decides to report you – and even
then, they might not get around to it.

Really, buying and selling on eBay can sometimes feel more
complicated than it really is, thanks to all the rules
